The mod itself: the four fittings every piece can take and the two cloths, tabard and tunic, worn over a chestplate. Its pieces and skins are in the three packs it carries, Knightly, Court and Wayfarer. Browsed and borrowed here, nothing to install: the mod already has it.

The catalogue, for the editor and for pack authors
Everything above is one list, served as /gallery/index.json: the packs that ship with the editor, each hosted by its author, and every pack an account has published here. It is what the editor installs from, and what a pack is offered to.
In the editor
In the hosted editor the catalogue is already this one: Tools › Armor Pieces › Packs… › From the library…. The desktop plugin reads the same index; set Armor Pieces library in Blockbench's settings to
https://armorpieces.com/gallery/index.jsonand From the library… lists what is here. Installing an entry fetches its zips and unpacks them into the pack you choose, through the same importer a zip on disk goes through. Your own library is served in the same shape at /api/me/library.json, so the editor reads both the same way.
The index has always answered at /library/index.json too, and always will: every desktop install that exists derives the whole site address from that setting.
Offering a pack
One way in. With an account, a pack goes to your library - Packs… › Upload to your library… in either editor, or a zip on the library page - and from its own page you cut a version and offer it to the gallery. A maintainer reviews each piece once, and the pack is listed here when the last of them is through; its pieces get their pictures on the way. The pack's page also lists what its public zip leaves out, and why.
A pack offered to the mod, to ship with it, is a pull request on the mod's repository by hand.
